Vineyards and villas in the Colli Bérici
The Colli Bérici hills are a little island on the plain south of Vicenza between the Colli Euganei hills to the east and the Pre-Alps of Vicenza to the north-west. The hills themselves create a microclimate that is particularly temperate and ideal for the cultivation of vines, which has been part of local agricultural practice since time immemorial.
The tour of the most important wines in this area starts in the city of Vicenza and then leads south-east to beautiful villas, wineries and typical little agricultural villages until it turns back on itself to visit some of the most important viticultural centres of the area, before returning to Vicenza on the other side of the hills.
